Concept
The concept was to bring the elegance of a private gallery into everyday apartment living. We treated kitchens, wardrobes, and utility elements as architectural furniture, allowing the interiors to remain visually calm while performing at a high level.
Approach
Each loft uses a disciplined grid of oak cabinetry, stone counters, and softened thresholds to make smaller footprints feel expansive. The design prioritizes continuity: living, dining, and sleeping zones share a single refined language with subtle changes in texture.
Materials
Materials & Finishes — Marble worktops, oak veneer, walnut accents, brushed brass fixtures, limewash walls, and textured upholstery create a warm metropolitan palette. Highlights include a statement kitchen island, integrated breakfast niche, concealed appliances, and a bedroom suite designed with boutique-hotel calm.
