Concept
The objective was to create a residence that felt inherited rather than newly installed. We softened the architectural envelope with layered neutrals, disciplined symmetry, and custom millwork, allowing art, light, and materiality to lead the experience without visual excess.
Approach
Our design approach centered on proportion, restraint, and ceremonial movement. Public rooms were framed with long sightlines and sculptural lighting, while private areas received deeper textures, concealed storage, and softer thresholds for a sense of retreat.
Materials
Materials & Finishes — Honed Calacatta marble, quarter-sawn oak, brushed brass, bouclé, limestone plaster, and walnut detailing establish a palette of durable refinement. Key highlights include a marble-lined reception gallery, bespoke oak library wall, integrated lighting coves, and a dining room designed for formal private hosting.
