Seabreeze Haven Escape is a boutique coastal retreat for Marin & Co. Hospitality, designed to feel less like a hotel and more like an exquisitely appointed private house by the water. Concept
The concept was grounded in the rhythm of the shoreline: calm mornings, reflective afternoons, and intimate evenings. We translated that atmosphere into pale stone, linen textures, and spaces that open gracefully between lounge, dining, and terrace.
Approach
Instead of overt coastal references, the design uses proportion, natural materials, and muted contrast to suggest ease. Guest-facing spaces are open and luminous, while suites are quieter, tactile, and highly personal in scale.
Materials
Materials & Finishes — Limestone floors, oak joinery, honed marble vanities, woven grasscloth, linen drapery, and brushed brass accents provide refined warmth. Highlights include a sculptural reception lounge, sea-facing dining room, custom banquettes, and guest suites layered with natural texture.
